- Embossed and debossed labels are the process of printing a design on the surface of a label. These labels have a raised or recessed appearance and allow for more creativity in terms of design.The first customization option for embossed hanging labels is embossed. This process uses heat to create a raised impression in the label material. The heat causes small bubbles to form under the surface of the label, which results in a visible texture when viewed from different angles.Debossed labels are created by pushing down into the label material, thereby creating an impression on its surface. This process can be done manually or with specialized equipment such as dies or molds that can press into the label without damaging it.
- The process for embossing is simple .First, engrave the graphic and text content of your design draft onto two copper plates; one protruding and one concave. The concave and convex plates are precisely fixed on the upper and lower parts of the machine, and the paper is placed in the middle of the concave and convex plates.Then, confirm that you have correctly positioned your paper, use heavy pressure from the machine to press two copper plates together; when they are completely attached, press down on one side of your paper with the machine so that it forms an embossed effect on both sides of your paper; now separate them,use this sheet to create a new sheet by simply placing it between two pieces of cardstock.
